LE16 Communications was established by Jane Smith and Pete Bowman in 2003 to give the East Midlands business community a professional, cost-effective PR and marketing service.

Prior to this, Jane and Pete both worked at a senior level with public and private sector organisations and have particular expertise in urban regeneration, economic development, education, travel and tourism, financial services, business-to-business and retail.
